I posted a S&W 3913 review as a gun blog article. Interesting thing, was when this gun came out in 1990, it was called the "Lady Smith". S&W designed it to be easier to shoot, lighter recoil, smaller fit for women, a great candidate for a small people gun reviews. However, these enhancements were so practical and popular, men started buying the guns for themselves!
